Since 2005, SAP Language Services (SLS) has been carrying out the translation certification of selected vendors, who become Certified. The certification, which is valid for a period of two years, was preceded by an audit, with an on-site audit performed at Logrus' facilities, along with process, quality and performance reviews.
The purpose of the audit is to ascertain whether Logrus satisfies the high standards of SAP Language Services. SAP translation vendor auditing:
"SAP’s auditing process is the most rigorous in the industry. The audit is carried out by people who have been engaged in localization for more than 10 years; it reviews virtually every aspect of the translation business. This is why we are so proud of the fact that we've received a score which passes the audit criteria. SAP certification is not for life; you have to strive to keep up with the requirements, and this is really invigorating. By getting through the process of the SAP audit and becoming an SAP Certified Translation Vendor we did not simply try to get nice certificate on the wall; rather this certification approves Logrus' effort to become a supplier of language services in the ERP marketplace, which is a very demanding environment of corporate solutions. Certification reconfirms the level of Logrus services to the SAP ecosystem of very proficient partners and the entire ERP community.”, - says Serge Gladkoff, President of Logrus .
